My next cosplay project will require some cold porcelain clay so I decided to share how to make it.
✂️ If you don't have all the materials there's a few alternative recipes: VINEGAR: you can use also lemon juice, this prevents bugs and mold. FABRIC SOFTENER: this brings elasticity but you can work without it. You can also add a spoonful of glycerin instead, prevents it from cracking. HAND CREAM: you can replace it for baby oil or cooking oil, however keep using cream to manipulate the dough. LIQUID GLUE: make sure it's acetate PVA or white glue. CORNSTARCH: this ingredient is key, make sure you are using the same amount of glue and cornstarch. ACRYLIC PAINT: you can replace it for cooking colorant or water based ink. Keep in mind that when the clay dries up it gets a milky semi translucent color. *This time I need it for a white piece, that's why I used white paint. 🤗
